All ages classes
The Kaizen Dojo all ages classes are part of the JKA standard curriculum for all students to advance through the ranks from a beginner to Black belt and beyond. The Kaizen Dojo program uses the standardized traditional JKA curriculum to introduce students to the fun and exciting JKA style of Shotokan Karate and is presented by qualified instructors under the JKA of Manitoba instructor mentoring program. All members of the program train and grade following the same standards that Dingman Sensei has put forth for members at all the clubs in Manitoba.
Advanced classes
The Advanced level Karate Classes work with Purple belts up to Black belts to help them develop a deeper understanding of Karate and help them understand and work on more advanced skills. The Class focuses more on advanced Kumite (Sparring) and higher level Kata (forms). While the All levels classes will be held at the River Heights Community center the seniors or Advanced classes will be held at the Crescent wood site.
